EMYSTI LLC handles user information in HanasuHero according to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Device identifiers, language settings, usage records, analysis counts, and speech generation counts
- Photo data selected by the user and needed for analysis
- Email, display name, payment and subscription state after account registration
- Information sent when contacting support
Purposes
- Photo text recognition, reading aids, translation, and speech generation
- Usage review, abuse prevention, and quality improvement
- Subscription management, support, and important notices
Photos
The service is designed so photos and results are saved on the device. Photos are sent to the server for analysis, but long-term original photo storage is not the default operation.
External Services
The service may use Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Apple, Google Play, and similar providers for image analysis, speech synthesis, payments, and logs.
Ads and Tracking
The current app does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking.
Third Parties
We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties without consent except where required by law.
Retention
Device-local photos, results, and audio may remain until the user deletes them or removes the app. Server records are kept only as needed for operation, legal response, and abuse prevention.

Account Deletion
Registered accounts can be deleted from the in-app account panel. Device-local photos and audio remain on the device. App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled in the relevant store.
