Photo is not readable
Retake the photo in brighter light and make sure the text is inside the frame. Long pages may take a few seconds.

When something feels wrong, check photo, voice, and account separately.
No audio
Check device volume, silent mode, and browser/app audio permission. Languages outside the four expressive voices may use device speech.
Account deletion / 删除账号 / アカウント削除
Registered accounts can be deleted from the in-app account panel. Monthly subscriptions must be canceled in Apple App Store or Google Play. See the account deletion page.
